In this context, the Lottomatica Group makes available to employees, collaborators, commercial partners and third parties a channel for sending, with the maximum guarantee of confidentiality, circumstantial reports relating to the Group's Companies concerning alleged unlawful events and/or conduct that could lead to the violation of the provisions of the Code of Ethics, the Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, the Anti-bribery & corruption Policy and Guidelines, the external regulations applicable to the Group and the internal procedures and guidelines.
Lottomatica has chosen as a channel for sending reports "EthicsPoint", a digital platform that guarantees the processing of information ensuring maximum confidentiality and, if requested by the reporter, anonymity.
Lottomatica reserves the right to apply disciplinary sanctions (in the case of employees) or to take civil or criminal liability actions against non-employee third parties who make complaints that prove to be unfounded in bad faith, or with willful misconduct or gross negligence.
