Lottomatica has always been committed to creating a constructive dialogue with the new generations and identifying new talents capable of enriching the company assets with their skills and competences.

42 Roma Luiss

With the aim of investing in future innovation and digital talents, Lottomatica has activated a collaboration project with 42 Roma Luiss, the innovative international coding school brought to Italy by the Luiss University. The school is the first Italian campus of the "42 Network" which includes more than ten thousand students, selected on 22 campuses around the world.

Thanks to the collaboration with 42 Roma Luiss and its unique educational approach, based on the logic of "peer-to-peer learning" and "learning-by-doing", the Group will be able to develop innovative training courses aimed at identification and growth of young IT and digital champions, increasingly precious resources for the technological transformation of our country.

Legalità e merito

In collaboration with the Luiss Guido Carli University, Lottomatica is the main partner of the "Legalità e " project. The project, conceived by Paola Severino, Vice President of Luiss Guido Carli, was born with the aim of raising awareness among the Next Generation of the values of legality and respect for the rules, through dialogue, listening and connection between university and high school students, to grow together.

Thanks to the support of Lottomatica, main partner of the 2022 edition, two scholarships will be awarded to students who will be admitted to attend a three-year or single-cycle degree course at Luiss starting from the A.Y. 2022-2023.

TRED: formare i giovani per costruire il futuro

Contributing to the growth and development of young people, who are our future, means for Lottomatica investing in education and training. For this reason the Group has launched a pioneering training project: the Liceo della Transizione Ecologica e Digitale (TRED), an experimental course of study that will start next year in 27 Italian institutes, promoted by the ELIS Consortium with the support of Lottomatica and other Italian companies.

TRED offers an innovative course of study, combining the study of STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) with quality training in the humanities. The goal is to prepare young people for the challenges posed by the ecological and digital transition, reduce early school leaving and the gap between schools in the North and those in the South, providing them with the right tools to develop skills suitable for the professions of the future.
