Lottomatica Foundation, the expression of Lottomatica Group’s social commitment, is an independent, non-profit organization that promotes high-impact initiatives in the fields of health, inclusion, education, and legality. It is an entity that contributes to generating shared value through projects that put people and communities at the center.
In this context, the new collaboration with Peter Pan ODV was born—a historic organization active in providing hospitality and support to children with cancer and their families. The initiative supports two important projects promoted by the Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital: the Survivor Passport and pediatric oncology rehabilitation programs.
The Survivor Passport: a document to accompany healing
Designed for children and adolescents who have completed cancer treatments, the Survivor Passport is a document that provides a detailed record of the patient’s clinical history, including therapies, medications, surgeries, and any complications. This valuable tool helps ensure continuity of care into adulthood, facilitating personalized and more informed follow-up.
Early rehabilitation in hospital: a key element
In addition to the Survivor Passport, this collaboration also supports pediatric oncology rehabilitation programs carried out directly within Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital. Thanks to the project, patients can receive physical and rehabilitative therapy during hospitalization, with targeted interventions that are crucial to improving quality of life after the illness.
A shared vision of solidarity and inclusion
For Lottomatica Foundation, this project represents another step in building pathways toward autonomy and dignity for those who have experienced illness from childhood. The organization highlights the importance of providing clinical and social tools that accompany young patients beyond the acute phase, recognizing every story of recovery and contributing to a fairer and more aware society.
The collaboration with Peter Pan ODV is part of a broader journey that, throughout 2025, has seen Lottomatica Foundation engaged in high-impact social projects. Among them, the project "Restart: Taking Back the Future", created to offer training and work reintegration for people serving alternative sentences to detention, and participation in Run4Rome, a sporting and solidarity initiative involving employees, volunteers, and local associations.
Further proof of Lottomatica Foundation’s ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and respect for diversity is the publication of the report "Cohesion as a Tool to Counter Discrimination", created in collaboration with the European University of Rome.
A continuous commitment to the future
Through concrete actions and virtuous collaborations, Lottomatica Foundation confirms its role as an active social player, able to generate value for the community and promote a culture based on responsibility, proximity, and positive impact. With the projects promoted each year, the Foundation expresses its desire to build a fairer future for all, together.
