Lottomatica has been awarded the Superbrands Italy 2025/2026 status. The recognition is conferred by Superbrands International, an independent London-based organization that has been active for over 30 years in more than 90 countries, specializing in the evaluation and promotion of the world's strongest brands.
The Superbrands selection process is structured, transparent, and independent. It begins with an analysis of approximately 2,000 brands present in the Italian market, followed by a pre-selection based on objective criteria: brand awareness, loyalty, innovation, reputation, and sustainable brand management. The process concludes with the assessment by the Brand Council, a jury composed of experts in marketing, communication, academia, and consumer insight. To complete the evaluation, consumer feedback is gathered by Ipsos from a representative sample of over 4,000 adults. Only brands that meet all these criteria, and solely by invitation, can aspire to Superbrand status.
This recognition establishes Lottomatica as the preferred brand in Italy within its category, showing clear leadership in voting compared to its main competitors. Following the Brand Council’s decision, Lottomatica was awarded the Superbrands Italy 2025/2026 Certificate, an official testament to the brand's position as an excellence within the national landscape.
This award represents further confirmation of the solid path of evolution and renewal undertaken by the Group regarding its identity, reputation, and relationship with consumers.
