On June 24, 2025, Lottomatica’s Rome headquarters hosted a new edition of Evolution Well, the event format promoted by HRC Community – MyHRGoal that places innovation at the center of the debate as a key driver for organizational wellbeing.
The event offered a valuable opportunity for dialogue among companies, experts, and professionals to reflect on the role of digital technologies – particularly Artificial Intelligence – in creating more inclusive, sustainable, and people-focused work environments.
An Integrated Approach to Innovation and Wellbeing
Representing Lottomatica at the roundtable were Giuseppina Falcucci, Chief People Officer, and Simone Ridolfi, Digital Innovation Senior Supervisor, who shared practical insights on how technological innovation can serve as a strategic lever for employee wellbeing.
Both speakers emphasized the importance of an integrated approach, where digital solutions and a culture of active listening work together to prevent discomfort and enhance individual potential.
This vision aligns closely with the Group’s growth strategy, which is built on the balance between technology and people-centric values.
AI, Accessibility, and a Culture of Meaning
During the panel, participants explored key topics shaping the future of work, including:
Artificial Intelligence as a human ally—at the service of people, not just processes;
Accessibility as a cultural driver for building inclusive environments;
The role of managers as facilitators of trust and meaning.
The conversation also addressed high-value themes such as the risk of digital overload, the emphasis on emotional wellbeing championed by younger generations, and the strategic value of neurodiversity.
Participatory LABs: Shared Ideas and Vision
The day also featured in-person and online LABs, held across physical tables and digital rooms. These collaborative spaces fostered the exchange of ideas and co-creation of innovative solutions, turning the event into a true participatory lab on corporate wellbeing.
A key question guided the discussions: “Is my organization healing or preventing?”
This thought-provoking prompt sparked broad reflections on how to embrace change proactively and sustainably.
Lottomatica’s Commitment to a Culture of Sustainable Innovation
Lottomatica’s participation in Evolution Well marks another step forward in its ongoing commitment to valuing people and promoting an organizational model where technology, wellbeing, and innovation converge to generate a positive impact.
Through ongoing dialogue with the HRC community and the sharing of best practices, Lottomatica reaffirms its dedication to fostering a forward-looking, inclusive work culture—one centered on Lottomatica People.
