The SDGs Leaders Summit, the event that brings together companies, institutions, academia, and media to discuss the new drivers of sustainable competitiveness, took place in Rome on November 6, 2025.
The day offered a space for dialogue on governance, innovation, training, and social responsibility, with the objective of promoting organizational models capable of creating value for people and the community.
The Summit was also covered by specialized media, including SostenibileOggi, a member of the SDGs Leaders Awards jury and partner of the initiative, which reported on the projects and contributions of the featured companies.

Lottomatica's Contribution to the "Training 5.0" Panel
The event also saw the participation of Lottomatica in the "Training 5.0: Beyond the 'LearnWashing' of Learning" panel, dedicated to the evolution of training models in a context where sustainability, equity, and impact require a more regenerative and measurable approach.
In this discussion, Giuseppina Falcucci, the Group's Chief People Officer, illustrated Lottomatica's vision on the role of technology in training and development processes, emphasizing how it can become an enabler of fairness and transparency in corporate decisions: "Equity and technology are two sides of the same coin: we want technology to be an enabling factor for fair, transparent, and people-oriented decisions."
Falcucci highlighted how digital transformation requires a new, more inclusive and measurable culture of learning. "The challenge today is not to train more, but to train better: to build pathways that generate real value for people and for the organization," she declared during her speech.
This perspective is perfectly aligned with the Group's corporate strategy, which integrates innovation, responsibility, and the centrality of people at every stage of the growth journey.

The Award-Winning Project: "Humanization of Technological Transformation"
During the closing ceremony, Lottomatica was selected among the awarded companies for the project "Humanization of Technological Transformation," recognized by the jury as one of the most innovative and impactful initiatives in the ESG sphere.
The project stems from the Total Equity strategy, a framework that integrates three main dimensions:
  1. Remuneration Equity and Transparency:
    • Introduction of the Fair Pay model.
    • Alignment of salaries with the cost of living.
    • Reduction of wage biases through transparent benchmarks and job postings.
  2. Inclusive Culture and Internal Participation, which contributed to the Group's recognition as Best HR Team 2025:
    • Dedicated training for C-level executives.
    • Establishment of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
    • Thematic working groups to develop valuable initiatives.
  3. Responsible Technological Transformation:
    • Adoption of a single, integrated HR ecosystem.
    • Real-time data availability for fairer decisions.
    • Technology as a tool for preventing decisional biases.

The approach adopted by the Group helps to reinforce organizational transparency, integrating ESG principles, already recognized by the maximum rating obtained by Lottomatica in the MSCI assessment.
