Gaming Franchise

Lottomatica's network connects and monitors tens of thousands of amusement machines installed at public establishments and dedicated gaming halls throughout Italy.

The Group’s leadership in this operating sector is also completed with the adoption of innovative technologies and the constant development of new solutions aimed at ensuring maximum security and transparency for players.

Lottomatica manages two types of gaming machines:

  • AWPs (Amusement With Prize), which are connected to the concessionaire’s computer network for control purposes, are installed at public establishments, such as bars, cafés, gaming halls, and other similar premises;
  • VLTs (Video Lottery Terminals), which can be controlled in real time from remote locations, and can only be installed within dedicated gaming halls compliant with stringent security and control criteria, to which access is prohibited by minors under 18 years of age.

The Group is also actively involved in the direct management of proprietary gaming halls (Retail) and in the direct management of AWPs (Street Operations).

Located throughout Italy, the gaming halls managed by Lottomatica have distinctive and recognisable brands and have come to represent a benchmark for their high levels of service and customer attention, as well as for the quality, completeness and security of their products and services.
