S&P raises Lottomatica’s rating from ‘B’ to ‘BB-’, for a two-level upgrade. Stable outlook.
The rating agency reached a positive assessment of the Group’s IPO and performance, especially with regard to its overall financial strengthening and debt reduction.
This rating attests to the soundness of Lottomatica’s capital structure and excellent business performance. The stable outlook rating indicates the expectation that Lottomatica’s revenues and EBITDA will continue to grow, driven by the increasing amount of online betting.
