In compliance with the relevant communication legislation, as well as the concession agreements, the Lottomatica Group is committed to not promoting its activities in any way, except for informative purposes or the promotion of legal and responsible conduct.
Therefore, the Group has defined a Responsible Marketing Policy, which establishes the reference standards for communication based primarily on responsibility, defining the principles related to product development and/or selection, information and communication about them, and their commercialization. It is committed to informing consumers regarding the operational rules, the general terms of the offering, and the requirements and provisions in force for the protection of legal activities.
For further safeguarding and protection of customers, especially the more vulnerable, the Group engages in promotional campaigns, communication, and dissemination of messages, including for social purposes, which are in any case consistent with the need to promote the prevention and contrast of compulsive behavior.
Furthermore, on all the Group's digital platforms, there is always a dedicated section on responsible conduct from which it is possible to access all content concerning operational details, rules, and necessary tools for self-limitation and self-exclusion from the activity.
Regarding physical locations, the Group adopts all necessary safeguards to promote the prohibition of participation by minors, as established by the relevant regulations.
In 2024 Lottomatica invested in an information program, with the scientific collaboration of CEPID, through the creation and dissemination of a corporate campaign dedicated to responsible gaming which involves all platforms, betting rooms and directly and indirectly managed rooms of the VLT sector with coverage of over 4,000 points of sale.
The campaign, in addition to underlining which conditions are most at risk, invites all players to undergo the self-assessment test to measure the presence of any situations of propensity towards pathological gambling.
