In order to prevent, measure, and mitigate as much as possible the impacts of problem gambling, the Group is committed to monitoring gaming activities, aiming to prevent problematic behaviors, in line with its technical and infrastructural capabilities and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those concerning personal data protection.

The adoption of cutting-edge technological solutions, including those based on artificial intelligence, involves:
The SAFEPLAI system, developed with the scientific support of CEPID and expert psychiatrists, combines behavioral sciences with machine learning algorithms to monitor and prevent at-risk gaming behaviors. By clustering users based on observed behaviors and the level of detected risk, the system assigns each player a risk propensity index, which automatically triggers personalized restrictive measures, such as limits on spending, playtime, and top-ups.

The assessment is based on eight Objective Behavior Indicators (OBIs), scientifically validated by CEPID, and also takes into account the results of the PGSI test, administered periodically according to the assigned risk profile.
Completing the model, SAFEPLAI employs an early-warning predictive system capable of anticipating the onset of problematic behaviors. Communications to players are tailored according to their behavioral profile.
