Lottomatica received an ESG Rating of 12.5, representing a low risk of experiencing significant financial impacts from ESG factors, following a new assessment carried out by the international rating agency Morningstar Sustainalytics in October 2025. This rating positions Lottomatica among the companies with the absolute lowest risk, ranking first worldwide among 68 companies assessed in the "Casinos and Gaming" industry segment and fifteenth among 437 companies assessed in the "Consumer Services" sector.
This evaluation once again confirms the Group’s commitment to ESG matters and the effectiveness of the corporate strategy in terms of environmental, social and governance sustainability.
In the interests of transparency towards its stakeholders, the group voluntarily submitted itself to the evaluation process, which was carried out entirely independently of the agency.
Rating CDP - Carbon Disclosure Project
Lottomatica Group has decided to disclose its data and environmental management model in accordance with the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) questionnaire, joining the international system for the disclosure of high-quality, comparable, and globally accessible data.
In 2024 Lottomatica has achieved a B rating from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), ranking among the over 24,800 organizations committed to building a sustainable future. It stands out as one of the few global leaders in the gaming industry for transparency and dedication to environmental sustainability.
MSCI ESG RATINGS
Lottomatica Group has received an AAA rating (on a scale from AAA to CCC) in the MSCI ESG Ratings assessment.
